How to Spend Time with Your Family
The problem perhaps with people is that they think that money is enough to keep their family happy. What they do not realize is that it is not everything about the finances. People need to spend some time with their family because they have to. Time is valuable because you cannot make up for lost time. Even though you tell the children that you will make time for them, the question here is how. Children want to get something from their parents but not necessarily material possessions.
You can spend time with your family by playing yard games. Almost everyone knows how. In addition, people usually come up with their own kind of game so that their family is the only one who knows how to play it. This is something like a trademark to them because only their family members play the game by heart. Sometimes, just to jazz up things, they try to improve an existing game and then try to make their own. Mixing some principles in other games can make your game interesting.
Playing games with your family is something you want to do. It does not mean that you have to play a complex one just to have fun. You can always have fun because you are with the people dearest to you. More so, you can even put some stakes here to make it more interesting. You can use the chores as one of the stakes. In addition, since you do not always have the time to spend long hours with your family, at least make an effort to be there during this trip. When they ask you to bring them elsewhere, do it. This is something that you can do in the meantime and just be a parent, as you should. As stated earlier, money is not everything because children also need emotional support.

If there is one thing you can do to make your child happy, that is to show him how you truly love him. You can even plan something that only you and your kid know about. You can even surprise him in an activity or event that he really likes. Children, by nature, love surprises. Whatever it is that you have in store for him, surely he will appreciate it. He knows that you made an effort to make everything for him perfect and without any regrets. Parents make these sacrifices and tire themselves just to ensure their kids will have a brighter future.
A simple game of top toss or any other game is just the beginning of everything. All you need to do is to be happy when he is happy and be there when he needs you the most. Emotionally and physically, you must be there for him. Once he gets older and accustoms himself without you around, you might have a hard time winning him back after all these years. It is a recommendation that you be with him from his childhood until he gets a little older so that he knows that he can count on you. Try also to avoid making promises that you know you cannot grant. It will just make things worse since the children expect that you will grant what you promised.
